Description
Highlighted by a sunburst parqueted veneer desk top spanning 60-inches wide, this double pedestal executive desk is flourishing with traditional design elements and impeccable craftsmanship. A stunning combination of cherry, satinwood, walnut and ash burl veneers with a Rich Cherry finish and subtle physical distressing present a case that is vibrantly rich in tone. Faceted and decoratively fluted pilasters carry the sunburst motif from desk top to case with miniature sunburst veneer replicas, while the visitor side of the desk boasts simple oval panel inlay and an open bookcase storage and display shelving area. With seven drawers total, all of which use steel ball bearing slides, the desk offers two file drawers on full extension slides that accommodate both letter and legal files, four utility drawers and a center drawer with drop-front for keyboard or laptop use. This desk is equipped with a grommet and cap (near the desk top) for facilitated use of electronics.
